OUR HISTORY
Established in 1989, RNC fabrications LTD has progressively invested in new technology and controlled expansion, to a point where today the business operates from a modern manufacturing plant of some 18,000 square ft in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.
Having earned our reputation as one of the leaders in today’s Sheet Metal subcontract manufacturing industry, we continue to grow our business through a policy of dedication, and service to our customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Working ISO 9001 standards, RNC works with all grades of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper and Titanium to produce a vast range of items, ranging from simple flat cut parts to more complex folded and fully finished assemblies.
OUR PRODUCT
In meeting today’s and tomorrow’s manufacturing requirements RNC Fabrications Ltd have invested in some of the worlds most advanced laser profiling, CNC folding, CNC Milling and CNC Lathe machines.
Profiling of sheet metal between 0.7mm and 25mm is our speciality. To guarantee no sharp edges we use the Fladder AUT deburrer that only removes 0.1mm of material from the edge of the component and not the thickness. All our press brakes are programmed offline to minimise downtime and maximise production. Finished assemblies can also be finished to our customers specification using our approved planting and painting suppliers.

From importing customer drawings in most formats or in-house design of your idea, our team liaise with and provide fast track responses to customers “request for quote” enquiries. We will respond to most enquiries within one to two business days, depending on the complexity of the enquiry. We will put forward a quotation that is guaranteed to be competitive in both price and delivery time.
